in May for the, eco-friendly food consumer. The /Organic Foods/,
program will be May 20^th from 4:00pm-5:00pm at the Marble Falls
Library in the meeting room.
Topics at the Organic Foods program will include defining organic,
requirements for organic classification, organic safety, and organic
nutritional value. We will also discuss other options to eating
organically such as eating locally grown foods and in season foods.
